Self defence for seniors – grant of city Trinec

15.9.2015. We are just preparing a short-term project Self defence for seniors in these days. This project will be implemented in November 2015 in Trinec. Within this project citizens of city Trinec over 60 years will have a chance to attend selfe defence courses, which will include also interesting seminars and of course practice training not only in a hall but also in real situation.
