Course Self-defence for seniors has started

6.11.2015. We have started another course of self-defence this week, this time for seniors from Trinec. In all 11 participants have already passed the theme of health science with Mrs. Koppova and they have the first lesson of practical training in a gym COMO3-GYM with Martin Vanka today. Thanks to cooperation with CPI Byty they can also look forward to the practical training in the flat.
